Sales Negotiation is perhaps the most critical aspect of an Estate Agents responsibility, if conducted well a sale will be agreed at a figure in-excess of the seller’s minimum price, if mishandled the opportunity could be lost or the seller may feel pressured into accepting a disappointingly low offer. At IPS we strive to exceed our client’s expectations whenever possible and all negotiations will only be conducted by one of our experienced Directors.

The most stressful part of moving can often be after you have agreed a sale on your property. For prolonged periods of time you can find yourself left in the dark not knowing what’s happening and more importantly not knowing when you are going to move.
